  Kayle does not carry much confidence when stepping outside. With her personal input ignored, she will dutifully--and almost sulkily-- do as instructed. As a result, she still dresses in as proper an outfit as possible; the colours are usually along the duller tones and there is always a bit of wear if one knows where to look. She will wear her 'best', otherwise, which consists mostly of button-up shirts and vests in neutral tones.
  
  Her hair is constantly kept to be around shoulder-length to be of some "standard" and it is trimmed almost every two or so days as though the slightest out of place would mean society's vicious attacks upon her.

  Early Life

  
  Kayle grew up in somewhere of a middle-class family, though she was considered lower class due to her 'exile' from the family now. At this time, he was a George and held little difficulty in his life, always responding to the quick pace of his life as might be expected. To this, he adapted and began to look forwards to working to further and progress society despite the wars.
  

  
  
  

  Identification Crisis

  
  At around age ten, Kayle felt more and more restricted in what she was being called and addressed as. This was not in regards to her work performance-- no, praises from there usually made her puff up like a pleased bird-- but was more in line with what they referred to her as; he, him, that guy, things of that nature.
  
  She has kept quiet about it for around three years, quietly enduring as she figured out more of who she was. In her mind, speaking at all was a mistake from the ridicule.
  

  
  
  

  Occupational Life

  
  Kayle had eventually risen to her preferred occupation, though it had come through many trials and ridicule. She developed herself to work purely with machinery, to develop things to promote society's technological focus and to give as great a push towards it as possible.
  
  It was during this time that the metal manipulation of the Obrizusan came to her attention. While she would openly ridicule them as well for their lifestyles, their choices, she was still greatly interested in the mere fact they just created metal! In her spare time, she began to do some off-the-job researching in regards to fitting together her thoughts... Now was also when her attention divided to recall the Pyroan's vast energy resources which she believed might assist in not causing her to burn out, even if she was reluctant to accept this entirely at first.
  
  She took it upon herself to try and learn the language of these people, though most of this was done through second-hand and the likes. She abused technology so as to gain as much information on everything that had to do with energy and metals and the language of a people they were at war against; if she had any hope of getting about this budding, destructive dream, it would be through these people.
  
  Truth be told, she has no real idea of how she will eventually get through this, though she knows she needs to master her own abilities and perhaps try to invest in the accursed biotechnology in order to progress.

  Creation and Manipulation of Electricity:

  The official description:
  The ability to control and manipulate electricity. Can control anywhere from a spark of electricity to a strong current. Years of practice and Fulguran genetics allow them to handle electricity running through their bodies. They can also create electricity or electrical pulses where there wasn’t one. They can and more frequently do control the electricity outside of their body instead of channeling it through.
  If they try to channel more electricity than they can control, they can do serious damage to their bodies and potential burn themselves from the inside out. Emotional control and concentration is required to keep control. Must rest if they create the full amount. If they create the max amount of electricity, they must rest for a while afterwards. To create an electronic pulse, the target must be conductive.
  
  Her Limits: She can control 3.63 gigawatts of electricity, yet produces 1.815 gigawatts. She requires 6 hours of rest if she pushes herself to the maximum.
  

  Conduct Electric Field

  The official description:
  Can create a small electric field across their skin that can be transferred into conductive materials that come into contact with the Fulguran or the electric field can enhance their muscles and reflexes.
  Requires an outside source to create the electrical field. Their ability to feel pain is heightened at lowers levels. Must rest after using to its fullest.
  
  Her Limits: She can only charge and enhance a limb with electricity, up to 0.605 gigawatts, for 2 minutes; all pain is doubled during this time. She needs 8 hours of rest when she reaches this limit.
  

  Help or Harm Tingly Touch

  The official description:
  Can produce electricity from their hands that can either cause localized numbing with direct contact or overload someone’s nervous system and paralyze them. Could also be used to charge objects with electrical storage capacity.
  Must channel the electricity through their hands. Their hands become numb and impaired for a time. Must rest between uses, even if not used at max or they risk permanent damage and loss of the ability. Numbing always requires direct contact.
  
  Her Limits: She can only charge the size of her hand with electricity; the effects of this can cause numbing for 48 minutes, or paralysis for 12 seconds. The range for overload is 20 feet. She will always require 6 hours of rest between usage of the ability.
  

  Thunderstorm Sense

  The official description:
  Being able to sense, harness electricity from, and to an extent create thunderstorms.
  Requires special clothing to keep their skin from burning. Cannot sense, summon, or control rain clouds. They can only sense, summon, and control the lightning and thunder in a thunderstorm. Storm or rain must be present for them to charge and encourage a thunderstorm.
  
  Her Limits: She can sense a thunderstorm some 3 miles away and has a 50% chance of charging a rain or storm cloud so as to create a thunderstorm. From an active storm, she can harness 0.9075 gigawatts of electricity.
